1. Product Description :
FLS3015 Laser cutting machine is a laser processing equipment which two versions are provided. One is integrating light, machine and electricity, the other is separating machine, electrical cabinet and laser source. It adopts laser technology, computer control technology and high performance numerical control laser power system, which can quickly and efficiently process various specifications of metal plate.
EETO-FLS3015 series laser cutting machine is 3000 mm * 1500 mm width of laser cutting machine, rapid processing, cutting, stitching and small heat effect, especially suitable for sheet metal processing.
1.2 Fearures :
1. Adopted gantry structure, beam, bed overall processing, high precision equipment, good rigidity, smooth operation.
2. Using of high-quality pipe welded into the frame structure, after professional welding, secondary aging treatment, large planer milling machine precision processing, these design and processing means to ensure that the machine has excellent seismic resistance, high rigidity and stability.
3. The lower part of the bed is equipped with a blanking collector, which can remove the wastes in the production process and collect small parts.
4. Double drive gantry structure, high damping bed, good rigidity, can withstand high speed and acceleration using imported servo motor and drive system, imported rack drive, linear guide guide, ensure the equipment high speed, high precision and high reliability.
5. Fiber laser cutting system, including laser cutting process commonly used layout features and main functions include image processing, laser processing control parameters setting, edit custom cutting process, layout, path planning, simulation, and the cutting machining control support along with the fast power regulation, can be set up separately the introduction of the linear velocity has material technology library function derivation, allowed to save all the process parameters for the same material used again
6. With coaxial red light as the indicator source, the adjustment of the optical system is more convenient and the indicator position of the working point is more accurate.
7. Professional water cooling system is adopted. The temperature of refrigerating unit is displayed by digital table. When the water temperature exceeds the specified temperature, the refrigerating unit will automatically refrigerate, and when the water temperature is lower than the specified temperature, the refrigerating unit will automatically stop refrigerating.
8. The fan removes cutting dust and maintains a good working environment to reduce the harm of dust to personnel and equipment.

1. Warranty period: From the acceptance qualified date, the warranty period will be 1 (one) year, Seller is responsible to offer free fittings in
these years (except consumable part.) Buyer has to send the damaged fitting to sellers.
2. Out-of-Warranty: We will also provide favorable service of long term technical supports and spares supply to ensure machine's stable and
continuous running.
3. The Seller will give 24 hours service support during warranty time, and giving technical guide by email, telephone, Fax for daily maintenance.
If products are out of warranty and require door to door service, Buyer have to pay for the travel and accommodation & meal cost for the people
from seller's side, labor charge is require, USD100/day per people.
